  • This study emphasizes the importance of long-term behavioral change in road safety programs, RSE programs and training, which have a societal benefit and should be continuously implemented to reduce the loss rate and instill discipline.

Major issues

  • Systematic screening of the data is warranted, but I would like to add that the independent researchers and authors who conducted the screening review were qualified in terms of experience and subject matter expertise, research skills, identifying and addressing gaps and any conflicts, and minimizing bias. However, it would be clearer if it were added that there were no conflicts of interest, to emphasize the transparent impartiality of the study.

Minor issues

  • The quality of a systematic review or meta-analysis is primarily based on the quality of the research results, including the absence of clearly identified biases and conflicts of interest, emphasizing objectivity and transparency.
